We’re looking for a Sales Rep / Appointment Setter who can generate new pipeline opportunities and help us bolster our outbound sales strategy. 

You’ll need to be proactive and organised, with experience in outbound sales and a knack for setting up appointments.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

📋 Build lists of prospect data using our tech platforms

📧 Write and coordinate email campaigns

📞 Cold call prospects

📝 Develop call scripts and refine them over time


Working Hours ⏰: You’ll be working full-time, following UK hours, ensuring our outreach and engagement remain consistent and effective

Requirements

To excel in this role, you need to have: 



✅ 3-4 years of outbound sales experience with a proven track record

✅ Experience coordinating new business email campaigns

✅ Cold calling expertise

✅ Proficiency in sales reporting and performance communication

✅ Excellent written and spoken English

✅ Strong attention to detail

Brownie points:

⭐ Experience with PipeDrive

⭐ Familiarity with Lemlist for email campaigns

⭐ Marketing agency outbound sales development

⭐ Paid media experience

The ideal candidate is friendly, consultative, and able to work toward specific goals like setting appointments and closing deals.
