The Oracle ERP Analyst is a crucial role that requires a combination of technical and functional expertise. This individual will be responsible for gathering requirements and understanding business needs to implement new solutions or to re-implement new features.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Work with end users and business teams for requirements gathering, and understanding customer needs.
• Improve process flow and user documentation for different Oracle-related modules and enhance user knowledge and competency.
• Responsible for project tracking and control for assigned modules or systems, serving as a liaison between functional and technical resources to manage the development of new system functionality, upgrades, system modifications, and day-to-day problem analysis, issue tracking, and resolution.
• Business user and system requested enhancements for both application and business process issues.
• Responsible for implementations or re-implementations along with the team.
• Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions.
• Works independently; receives minimal guidance.
• Identify innovative solutions to business issues in technical development.

What We Are Looking For:

• At least 10 years of experience supporting implementations in Oracle ERP
• Functional Experience: Oracle Supply Chain modules and Sales
• Technical Experience: PL/SQL can write and read basic queries to support the business.
• Experience with implementations of end-to-end full cycle of Oracle Supply Chain.  

The Skills That Will Help You Succeed Even More:  

• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud

Work Arrangement:

Fully Remote: Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:$64,216.67 - $100,000.00 MXN Monthly

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
