The Onboarding Specialist role at Aryeo offers an opportunity to partner directly with customers post-sale, with a focus on account configuration, training, and implementation.

About the role

The Onboarding Specialist at Aryeo is responsible for overseeing the post-sale customer implementation process. They will primarily manage larger Aryeo customers from Tier 3 to Enterprise with the occasional low to mid-tier. This is accomplished by:

  • Establishing immediate rapport and building a relationship with new customers, quickly understanding customer’ needs, and addressing any challenges or concerns while driving implementation forward.

  • Serving as the point of contact for clients throughout their onboarding journey with Aryeo, with the responsibility of escalating needs, issues, and concerns to business partners and management whenever necessary.

  • Acting as a subject matter expert and advocate for Aryeo, ensuring that customers’ configuration aligns with customers specific expectations and business needs

  • Proactively advising customers on best practices and recommending system and process changes that are essential for achieving implementation milestones and goals.

  • Delivering training sessions to users through phone/web-based calls and meetings. 

  • Maintaining a number of consecutive onboarding projects across multiple segments of customers, ensuring an efficient onboarding experience that results in high adoption

  • Participating in or leading projects as needed 

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.

In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $28.90 - $46.10 Hourly. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC and may not be applicable to other locations.

In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

Who you are

This role requires focus on the success of Aryeo customers in a dynamic and changing real estate market. Requirements:

  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a client-facing position; customer success, prior implementation, project management or business to business sales experience is a plus

  • Knowledge of or experience in the real estate industry preferred

  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills

  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills

  • Flexibility in scheduling to meet customer needs with short turnaround

  • Ability to manage project completion with tight deadlines

  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively on project teams

  • High level of technical expertise to manage a software that is constantly evolving 

  • Ability to creatively solve advanced problems within the software
