We are seeking a motivated and talented leader to harmonize internal tools and processes while harnessing our capabilities to win business and grow our portfolio.  The intent is to create and refresh easily usable tools, systems, and data to aid our account leaders and seller/doers proactively identifying opportunities, prepositioning timely and building lasting client relationships.   

The successful candidate will lead with empathy, possess persuasive communication skills, and have a people-focused approach to inspire internal stakeholders to use the sales system, capture sales data correctly and utilize data in decision making for profitable growth.  As a part of the Strategy & Growth team, this position will work closely with a talented national sales and business development leadership team, Project Delivery Leaders, Client Development Leaders, and other internal stakeholders in building and implementing a sound infrastructure of sales processes and continuous improvement program.


Responsibilities:

  • Through collaboration with internal stakeholders, develop and implement a user-friendly sales process infrastructure
  • Manage sales pipeline data quality and sales/project data analytics, and use AI and other tools for actionable sales intelligence
  • Implement client relationship management (CRM) tool 
  • Incorporate acquired companies’ sales data and align into Verdantas’ system
  • Manage synergy data, including sales, revenue, and KPI tracking, and drive revenue synergy related actions and follow through
  • Implement a continuous improvement program for sales and business development, including patterns, debriefs, solutions, verification and validation, and socializing lessons learned
  • Assist with major pursuits, when needed


Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of related experience within the AEC industry required.
  • BS/BA with concentration in Marketing, Business, Science or associated field.
  • Proven ability to initiate work, make strategic decisions, and follow through to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent people skills.  
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on quality.
  • Excellent writing skills and strong design sense with a high level of creativity.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
