The Role: National Account Sales Development Representative

**This position is work-from-home/remote - Occasional travel is required, at most 4-6 times a year, with most trips expected to be in the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW), Texas area.**

What You’ll Do: 

You will be a key part of Kings III’s immediate and long-term growth plan. You will allocate your time between two key responsibilities: scheduling face-to-face site level and regional appointments for the Outside Business Development Manager (BDM) and securing phone appointments for higher-level, portfolio meetings for two Strategic Account Directors. 


You are goal-oriented, motivated by financial success, and have the desire to achieve at a high level. You need to have adaptability, take feedback well, be highly collaborative, and bring fresh ideas to be successful in this role. You must be able to work independently in an work-from-home environment, as well as working on a team. You are not afraid to do a little research or pick up the phone and conduct a high volume of dials. Comfort with cold calling is a must


Base pay is $26/hour + Monthly Commissions + Quarterly Bonuses

Our primary client base includes commercial and multi-family real estate owners and property managers, and the most common areas we install our emergency phones are in elevators and at pool sides. We design, build, sell, install, service, and monitor those phones. Our Emergency Dispatch Center (EDC) provides 24/7/365 service to help dispatch local emergency services to people in distress. Requirements

 What You’ll Bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Possess 5 years of proven success in cold calling to secure appointments.
  • Comfortable communicating with people at the highest levels of an organization.
  • Knack for research and finding the right contact.
  • Proficiency in technology, demonstrating a keen aptitude for learning and adapting to new tools and methodologies in prospecting.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage time and effort between National Account Directors and Business Development Managers (BDMs)
  • Understanding the sales cycle while exercising patience throughout extended sales cycles, particular with large portfolios
  • Naturally self-motivated, driven, and competitive
  • Maintains a positive attitude 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Team Spirited but able to work autonomously with minimal oversight.
  • Detail oriented emphasizing the importance of our CRM for thorough record-keeping and tracking.
  • We like to have fun, so a sense of humor is a must!
