More about the role & team

The Confluence Sales Account Manager is a sales and client relationship professional with a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience working to manage, strengthen and grow SaaS based data, analytics, regulatory and reporting client relationships with leading financial institutions. The NAM Account Manager will work collaboratively with the Head of Account Management to manage a designated group of key client accounts. The AM will likewise partner with members of the NAM Sales Team to drive new product sales across current client relationships.

What skills and experience do I need to succeed?

We are seeking an ideal candidate with 3-5 years of experience in Account Management. The candidate should have familiarity with financial services and be a self-starter with excellent presentation and communication skills. Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy the challenge of meeting and exceeding sales targets? If so, we want you to join our team! You may have worked as a ‘Account Manager’, ‘Relationship Manager’, ‘Account Specialist , or “Sales Manager”.
