Due to growth and customer demand, we are currently recruiting for a Microsoft Commercial Leader to join our team. to join our team. This is a remote role in the Seattle, WA area.

 

How You'll Help Us Connect the World

In the Microsoft Commercial Leader role, you will be responsible for developing account relationships at an executive level, as well as managing the ongoing customer account relationships for Microsoft with the sales contributors. This is a highly visible position. Proactive resolution of customer issues and partner concerns is pivotal. Daily collaboration with the account managers and other pertinent stakeholders to assess critical decision-maker needs and understand customers’ business, technology, and product requirements to develop a plan of action to meet customer needs. Works with business unit leaders in support of customer needs and events. Works extensively with field sales to engage local partner relationships.

  • Global oversight for the Microsoft program and the Plan of Record.
  • Coaches a team of Partner Account Managers to create and drive non-traditional channel partners.
  • In conjunction with SAMs and Field Teams, accountable for revenue and demand forecasting, account planning, project planning, and other administrative tasks to grow financial objectives.
  • Ensures that appropriate internal resources are engaged to participate in sales and partner enablement activities that close sales opportunities. In alignment with the critical account strategic account plans, formulates, develops and implements channel, business, and sales action plans at the tactical level to achieve financial goals for the Partner Account Managers.
