Job Overview:
The Solutions Architect role is a technical senior leadership position with the skills and experience to lead our largest, most strategic engagements while also serving as a key participant in the pursuit cycles that include Microsoft 365 collaboration solutions. This individual will lead customer facing engagements with cross functional team members to create solution designs and oversee global implementations.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and Architecture: Develop solution design documentation for Microsoft 365 solutions and the migrations to those solutions using migration tools, scripts, and reports.
- Technical Program Leadership: Lead and manage Enterprise Content Management and migration projects from on-premises or other cloud environments to Microsoft 365, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption. Oversee solution designs and global implementations with cross-functional teams.
- Technical Expertise: Provide subject matter expertise on Microsoft 365 technologies, including configuration, integration, and customization of SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams to drive customer Enterprise Content Management transformation into the M365 Cloud.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and external partners to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Solution Implementation: Oversee the deployment of Microsoft 365 solution designs, ensuring best practices and compliance with organizational standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay current with the latest Microsoft 365 developments and industry trends, recommending and implementing enhancements to existing solutions.
- Technical Pre-Sales: Lead sales pursuits involving M365 collaboration and ECM solutions. Ability to understand customer needs, assess their current environments, and propose tailored ECM architectures utilizing Microsoft solutions.
- Delivery: Operate and optimize complex, high-impact situations for strategic customers/partners. As well as identify, communicate, and manage risks to ensure excellent delivery and identify delivery gaps and prioritize efforts.
Delivery and Technical Experience
- Proven experience and demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft 365 platform, SharePoint Online architecture and development, Microsoft Teams configuration and integration, and migration tools and methodologies.
- Proven experience leading complex migration projects, including planning, execution, and post-migration support.
- Effectively driving a project team in operating and optimizing complex and high-impact situations for strategic customers/partners in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Anticipating and managing risks by identifying, communicating, and minimizing those risks while ensuring excellence in the design and delivery of solutions.
- Proactively identifying gaps through delivery, communicating those gaps to others, and leveraging experience to prioritize efforts.
- Creating enterprise-scale designs and executing the rollout of those designs
- Learning new cloud security technologies and understanding relevant cloud ECM market trends.
- Demonstrating deep industry knowledge and drives opportunities for Microsoft solutions through presentations and contracts.
- 8+ years experience working with Microsoft 365 workloads specifically focused on project delivery for M365 and migrations to Microsoft 365 solutions.
- 5+ years of success in consultative/complex technical sales and deployment projects, design, and implementation.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert) is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred skills and education:
- Experience with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Knowledge of security and compliance features within Microsoft 365. Information Protection is a plus.
- Familiarity with Waterfall, Agile and DevOps methodologies.
- Experience with third-party migration tools and services.

The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $130,000- $178,090. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or any potential equity or variable bonus programs.
