Position Overview: 

  • The Marketing Manager, Community and Loyalty is accountable for the development, oversight, and growth of our online community of members. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to engage, nurture, and expand this community. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create valuable content, drive participation, and build meaningful relationships to ensure the community’s growth and success. 
  •  This position develops and delivers initiatives and campaigns designed to support our members to ensure targeted growth of the RQI Partners portfolio.  

    Position Holder is Accountable For: 
  • Content development: Manage marketing content development representing national membership and educational programs . Develop marketing collateral, content, and tools and provide training and support to the field teams, program administrators and learners.
  • Community Engagement: Foster member engagement by initiating discussions, running campaigns, and hosting events like webinars, Q&A sessions, or live chats.
  • Customer Success: Drive marketing initiatives and activities to ensure customer success, create community and reach financial goals for the RQI Partners product portfolio. Develop educational tools and best practices for accounts to improve administration, and utilization. 
  • Metrics: Track and analyze key community metrics, such as engagement, member growth, and satisfaction, to assess the effectiveness of community-building initiatives.
  • Brand Equity and Corporate Image: Ensures brand equity, corporate image, and compliance with the RQI Partners portfolio of programs and services on behalf of the AHA, Laerdal Medical, and other partner organizations. 
  • Leadership & Team Collaboration: Maintain internal relationships and collaboration for successful development, representation, market introduction and promotion of programs and services.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: works directly with colleagues in the field organization to build and execute holistic marketing plans – including tactics for current account retention and expansion efforts. Also works directly with colleagues in customer support to address any potential support-related items in real-time. 

Required Skills and Competencies: 

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital community management, loyalty/retention marketing, and strategic growth.
  • BA in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire a diverse audience.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency with community management tools, social media platforms, and CRM software.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for developing innovative campaigns and experiences.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Healthcare marketing experience highly desired.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) preferred.
  • Coding/HTML experience preferred.

The estimated annual base salary for this position is $85,000 to $90,000. Please note that this range does not include any other compensation or benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, level of education attained, and/or professional certifications, years of relevant experience, special skills, etc.
