We’re growing fast and are hiring a remote Market Development Representative (MDR) to be our front-line connector — someone who’s motivated, energetic, and curious. You won’t be asked to close deals. Instead, you’ll focus on making first contact, uncovering needs, and opening doors for our sales team — all from the comfort of your home office.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect businesses through outbound phone calls, personalized emails, and digital outreach strategies.
  • Identify key decision-makers and uncover current technology challenges and pain points.
  • Set qualified appointments for senior sales representatives.
  • Maintain accurate sales activity and lead data in our CRM system.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and AD Solutions’ product offerings to confidently engage prospects.
     

Who We’re Looking For
You won’t be pitching, proposing, or closing — just connecting, listening, and uncovering the truth behind “how things are working.”

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence engaging business owners and decision-makers virtually.
  • A self-starter with persistence, discipline, and a drive to exceed goals.
  • Comfortable using CRM platforms, video conferencing tools, and email communication.
  • Reliable internet connection and a distraction-free home workspace.
