Salary: $125,000-$130,000 + bonus eligible

The Directors Program is focused on two separate areas:
First is administrative oversight and accountability of team members and program managers
Second is the management and delivery of strategic value initiatives.
The Managing Director and Director team will provide leadership and mentorship to the frontline team on a regular basis.

The Managing Director’s main role is to bring strategic goals and initiatives to the frontline management teams at all client sites.
The Managing Director, Technical Excellence’ responsibility is to deliver mentorship and support to all members of the Guardians program.
Starting with the Technical Excellence Manager or Technical Excellence Lead at every account, the Managing Director, Technical Excellence will lead on a consistent basis in the tenants of Technical Excellence and what it means to provide the Expert level of hospitality at the client site.
They will also assist them in the delivery of strategic initiatives and the consistent effort to standardize these initiatives at both the management level and individual level.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist all of the HLT and HC with the development and deployment of Guardians Program strategic initiatives
- Mentor the Technical Excellence Manager group and the Technical Excellence Lead group
- Develop content for quarterly Teams calls with the TEM and TEL groups
- Develop a cadence of communication with the TEM and TEL groups to provide an outlet for them to share thoughts, concerns and suggestions for hospitality at the account level
- Assist in standardizing QBR and MBR presentation material with the Senior Director, Marketing & Communications and the Directors, THM’s and CEM”s
- Be the single point of contact for hospitality training deployment at the frontline level starting with the TEM and TEL groups
- Deliver and deploy key initiatives onsite with all teams when and where it is necessary to achieve maximum success
- Support the TEM and TEL groups with recruitment, interviewing, hiring and firing when needed
