The Contribution Youâll bring to this Role:
The Manager of Manufacturing Representatives will be responsible for leading and directing the sales activities of our assigned manufacturer's representative partners (MRs). You will drive field execution of all sales strategies, including local targeting, cross-selling, end-user sales activities, and customer support functions managed by the MRs to achieve regional sales targets.
The Manager will also be responsible for providing direction, insights, reporting, and sales tools to the team of sales representatives. Additionally, you will implement sales performance improvement plans as needed to ensure that the sales team meets and exceeds goals.
In this role, you will report directly to the VP of Sales setting the stage for your career to soar! This role is your gateway to opportunities for advancement, with the potential to grow within the organization in 3-5 years as you make meaningful contributions to our organizational goals.
