In this role, you'll be at the forefront, engaging directly with our valued clients while fostering collaboration with our Operations functions. Your mission: to champion client-centricity and provide unparalleled legal, human resources and advisory support, particularly in high-stakes termination scenarios. Leading a dynamic team of Employee Lifecycle Specialists, you'll navigate voluntary and intricate non-voluntary terminations across diverse countries. Your role is hands-on, allowing you to serve as both a mentor and a guide to your team, nurturing their professional growth. Additionally, you'll be actively involved in managing complex cases for our clients, ensuring excellence at every turn. This is more than a job; it's an opportunity to be a driving force in redefining global employment solutions.

What you bring

  • Experience in Human Resources, Operations and/or Employee Relations roles with experience as a People Manager.
  • Preferred qualifications include tertiary degrees in HR, labour relations, or employment law; A strong requirement for this role is advanced expertise encompassing various HR aspects, such as business partnering, employee relations, performance management, and a thorough understanding of local employment laws.
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of global HR practices, employment laws, and regulations working across multiple countries, with significant exposure to complex involuntary employee exits.
