Greenhouse is looking for a Manager, General Business Account Management to join our growing sales team!
Our Account Management team drives customer retention, growth and expansion opportunities, as well as continued product optimization and adoption. As a Manager for the SMB and Mid-Market Account Management team, West, you'll be reporting directly to the Vice President of Account Management, and oversee a team of SMB and Mid-Market Account Managers. You will drive development of the processes, behaviors, and relationships that will expand our offering to the thousands of innovative companies that use Greenhouse to become great at hiring.

What you’ll do:
- Lead and motivate a team of strategic account managers across the General Business segments
- Drive initiatives and strategies/tactics to drive quarter-over-quarter improvement in gross retention and expansion
- Work closely with the VP, Account Management to strategize on new product sales, renewals, and other expansion strategies, and then work with your team to ensure successful execution
- Partner with the Marketing team on how we position new products and solutions to customers
- Collaborate with the Scaled Success team on ways to mitigate churn and drive value at scale
- Help define an effective forecasting process to drive predictable revenue and to prioritize focus
- Collaborate with the other leaders from Sales and Customer Success organizations to ensure unified messaging and tactics across customer-facing teams
You should have:
- SaaS sales experience
- Experience leading a successful competitive sales/account management team ideally in SMB/MM with higher renewal transactions on a quarterly basis
- Energy, drive, and ambition to lead a team
- Experience in driving a hands-on hiring strategy and ensuring successful ramps post hiring
- Proven strategies that have driven measured results in retention, churn mitigation and expansion
- Experience strategically growing the revenue of existing business in an organization

The national pay range for this role is $171,300 - $257,000 annually. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local cost of labor. Certain roles may be eligible for additional compensation, including stock option awards, bonuses, and merit increases. Additionally, certain roles have the opportunity to receive sales commissions that are based on the terms of the sales commission plan applicable to the role.
The anticipated closing date for this role is November 22, 2024.
