The Amazon Adapt team supports the Sales Organization during gaps in business coverage due to Leaves of Absence. Key job responsibilities
As a Manager on the Adapt team, you will report to an Adapt Global Sales Manager and use your strong management skills and 10+ yearsâ experience selling digital advertising solutions to coach, retain and motivate a senior sales team that works with C-Level clients and their ad agencies to successfully drive revenue targets. With each rotation, you will assume management responsibilities of the team by partnering with the permanent manager and Vertical Director youâre supporting and operations team to structure partnership for success, and cross-pollinate learnings you gain managing multiple teams in various verticals.
With each assignment, you will employ both strategic and tactical approaches to determine short- and long-range revenue plans. You will leverage your senior leadership skills to support teams of Account Executives and/or Account Managers with a focus on revenue performance and professional development. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in digital advertising sales or partnerships.
