Position Description:
The Managed Services Specialist will join a world-class Enablement team based primarily in the Austin office, managing the ongoing success of clients across multiple verticals in which Punchh has customers. This role is responsible for managing marketing initiative deployment to deliver ROI and program success for many of our premier clients. You’ll work closely with clients and Customer Success team members to deploy and analyze marketing efforts. By combining communication skills and marketing strategy expertise with deep product knowledge, you’ll play a key role in driving client success with Punchh.

What We’re Looking For:
1+ years of client account management experience in B2B SaaS (marketing, CRM, eCommerce), a digital agency, or B2C marketing team
1+ years of experience in marketing or business function for large enterprise brands in restaurants, retail, or health & beauty
Strong verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
Excellent relationship builder with strong emotional intelligence
Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
Analytical mindset with creative problem-solving ability
Proficient in Windows/MacOS, Google Suite, Excel (medium to advanced), and SaaS-based tools
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing from an accredited institution

Unleash your potential: What you will be doing and owning:
Partner with clients to gather campaign requirements and define target segments
Execute client marketing strategy within the Punchh platform
Provide analysis to optimize campaign performance
Gain expert knowledge of the Punchh platform and support clients with clear guidance
Anticipate client needs and identify strategic opportunities
Maintain and manage incoming campaign execution requests
Occasionally support critical after-hours client issues, as needed
