Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company
We are looking for a strategic & experienced product manager who will be scaling our virtual cards product and integrated platform. This is a dynamic, high-visibility team responsible for growing, scaling, and improving the capabilities for virtual cards - a strategically impactful product for BILL.
Responsibilities:
- Own and execute the supplier management roadmap for BILL's virtual card product and channel partners
- Drive the evolution of supplier management platform and internal tools to support accurate and timely onboarding of suppliers for virtual card payments, efficient payment disbursement and ongoing management of supplier payment preferences
- Partner closely with engineers, designers, product marketing, sales, business operations, customer success, customer support, risk, and finance to ensure our customers are at the center of everything we build and that they’re delighted by our work
- Gather feedback from Ops and CX teams to uncover customer pain points and work to improve existing experience and/or develop new features to further optimize the user experience
- Interact effectively with senior leaders presenting insights and strategies that drive our company’s objectives
We’d love to chat if you have:
- 7+ years of product management experience in fintech or a payments related industry
- Knowledge of the card payments ecosystem, including key players, products, and economics
- Track record of experimenting and successfully launching at scale
- Outstanding written and verbal communication with a diverse stakeholder audience
- Very good at influencing leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners
- Solid technical chops that allow you to have in depth technical discussions and opinions
- Excellent at identifying and prioritizing high impact initiatives
- Experience managing technical software products from kick-off to post-launch
- The ability to turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into solid action plans
The estimated salary range for this role is noted below for our San Jose based role. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.
San Jose pay range$167,300—$200,700 USDThe estimated base salary range for this role is noted below for our office location in Draper, UT. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in BILL’s bonus and equity plan. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.
