Pratt and Whitney is seeking a Lead Auditor and Schedule Coordinator for their Quality Engineering group.
What You Will Do
- Lead and participate in a tiered Sustainment Operations audit program to track network performance, compliance, Government Property, EH&S, etc.
- Create and assist in the maintenance of audit process standard work and support 2nd and 3rd party audits
- Maintain audit records and manage/track/follow up on associated corrective actions
- Facilitate the development of root cause and corrective action for audit findings/non-conformances and compliance problems and reviewing and approving CARs in ETQ
- Collect and analyze process data, transform into meaningful information shared with senior management (i.e., control towers, MCAB, etc.)
- Travel up to 20% both domestically and internationally.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM).
- 8+ years of experience in Quality or 5+ years of experience in Quality with an advance degree.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position will require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship.
- Quality auditing experience in Aviation, Space or Defense or other regulated industry
