We are seeking an experienced Large Enterprise Account Manager to join our team. This role is crucial for maintaining and strengthening our relationships with large enterprise clients, particularly those experiencing slow growth trajectories or facing unstable partnerships. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the SaaS landscape, Enterprise IT partnership dynamics, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a strategic mindset to navigate complex account dynamics.

This is a remote eligible position and you may work remotely from anywhere in the US where Smartsheet is registered.

You Will:

  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to retain and grow accounts experiencing declining growth or challenging partnerships, ensuring long-term success and accelerated growth.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned large enterprise accounts, building and nurturing strong relationships with key decision-makers, executives and stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular reviews with clients to understand their current challenges, opportunities, and future needs. Offer customized solutions and support to address their specific situations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and  customer support, to develop and deliver a cohesive and comprehensive support to clients.
  • Monitor account health metrics, identify risk factors, and proactively implement retention strategies to prevent churn.
  • Negotiate contract renewals and expansions, ensuring alignment with client needs and company goals.
