Develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Tissue Group division of our team as the Key Account Lead - Western Canada :

 

*Please note this position is remote but candidates must be based around Edmonton, Calgary or Vancouver.*

 

  • Develop value propositions for customers.
  • Offer integrated solutions based on business opportunities, customer needs and market context to achieve sales targets.
  • Responsible for maximizing sales and revenue growth in Western Canada through account planning and development.   
  • Act as an internal coordinator for the liaison between customers and the organization.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with as many key contacts/decision-makers within the customer's organization as possible and strengthen a long-term partnership.
  • Work closely with key account managers and the marketing function to develop an in-depth understanding of the sectors (growth, trends, customers, competitive positioning) and provide information.

You too, put forward your strengths: 

 

 

  • 5-8 years experience in a similar position and thorough understanding of the dynamics of the market in which Cascades Tissue Group operates.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, customer contact and judgment skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams to work collaboratively and effectively in a matrix environment, and to approach an account from all angles.
  • Ability to think strategically and correlate data with customer and Cascades context.
  • Can easily build relationships at all levels of the organization (Cascades and customers) and ability to work with the Office suite
