As the Account Manager, you will be the main liaison between our clients and internal teams, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships. You will identify growth opportunities across various sectors and ensure timely delivery of projects.

In this role, you will:

🤝 Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships.

🚀 Understand clients' business objectives and industry challenges to provide strategic digital solutions.

🤹 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of integrated web design, development, and digital marketing services.

🔒 Communicate campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI to clients, creating and presenting PowerPoint presentations.

🗺️ Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand client accounts.

📈 Manage client expectations and promptly resolve any issues or concerns.
Working Hours ⏰: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 9am-5.30pm (GMT).

Requirements

To excel in this role, you need to have: 

✅ 3-5 years of account management experience, ideally within a digital agency.
