If you would like to join us, we are looking for a Jr. Account Executive that will help us continue to scale our financial advisor offering to some of the largest advisory firms nationwide.
About You:As a Jr. Account Executive, you have experience in a consultative sales environment and are looking for your next opportunity at a fast growing company. Over the last four years, we’ve grown our advisor distribution network to over 11,000 financial advisors nationwide and this role will help accelerate our growth in the advisory market. 
You’ll be responsible for driving new business opportunities to Trust & Will by prospecting, scheduling demos, and onboarding new firms and advisors to our platform. This role will be heavy demo based, where we expect you to have high standards for your presentation skills, deep curiosity, and an immaculate follow up system with your prospects and clients. 
A successful Jr. Account Executive is able to think outside the box and close business. You are always looking at ways to strategically position Trust & Will to help reach more financial advisors. Individually, you are competitive and have a successful track record in sales. You strongly believe in building a strong system and habits that enable you to excel in your role. Within the advisor team, we will empower you to grow quickly and move with autonomy. We expect you to hold yourself accountable and have a winning mentality.

About the Role:

  • Identifying leads of companies to prospect and build into funnel
  • Partnering with leadership team to execute on outbound sales strategy
  • Deliver high quality demos and bring a consultative approach to prospective buyers 
  • Execute successful partner rollouts of new business that you bring in
  • Demonstrate the value of our offering through calls, Zoom demos, emails and other mediums 
  • Manage full sales cycle including contract negotiations and rollout plan
