Job Description

The IT Senior Specialist / Business Analyst / Senior Consultant plays a critical role in ensuring optimal technology performance, strategic planning, and business alignment. This multifaceted position combines technical prowess, organizational & analytical skills, and client relationship management capabilities.

Job Responsibilities

1. Project Management and Strategic Planning:
   • Lead and manage projects with a technology components, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budgets, and overall project success.
   • Create and implement project and program plans that align with business strategies to drive organizational success.
2. Data Analysis and Decision-Making:
   • Interpret complex data sets to guide informed decision-making.
   • Collaborate with stakeholders to refine processes and enhance efficiency in order to achieve expected project / program outcomes.
3. Technical Awareness and understanding:
   • Fundamental knowledge of technical systems, including security, data management, basic user requirements.
4. Client Relationship Management:
   • Establish and maintain strong project teams and client relationships through effective communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
   • Understand business needs and translate them into technology deliverables.
5. Continuous Growth and Improvement:
   • Ensure the company stays on the path of continuous growth by aligning technology programs and projects with business goals and objectives.
   • Stay updated on industry developments and assess their applicability within the LOB.

Qualifications

• Education: A bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is typically required. A master’s degree, especially an MBA, is preferred.
• Experience: At least 3 to 7 years of industry experience, with demonstrated technology project / program management successes.
• Skills:
  • Strategic planning and project management.
  • Data analysis and interpretation.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Interface with multiple IT teams to recommend deployable technologies.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills are essential.
