Key responsibilities for this role include:
Building relationships with sites across globe, including sensitivity to language and cultural differences to enable data collection and supporting generation of Quality Agreements and Qualification Reports.
The candidate will gain and require utilization of knowledge and understanding of Viatris product portfolio, markets supplied and role of vendors supplying products and services to Viatris which have an impact on the GMP status of the Viatris organization.
Will liaise with Viatris Sites and Affiliate Globally to gather information relating to GMP Vendors used across the entire Viatris network and support generation of data via multiple internal and external sources.
Will assess data for validity, identifying duplicate information, challenge data and input of verified data obtained into a Global Quality GMP Supplier database.
Will support sites in collecting quality metrics information to assess supplier qualification status and in generating supporting reports.
Will support maintenance and development of the Global Quality GMP Supplier database, provide input to procedures and training of global colleagues.
The minimum qualifications for this role are:
The successful candidate will have preferably completed a minimum of their 3rd year and be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university in a pharmaceutical, business or IT related field of study. A minimum 3.0 GPA is preferred; however, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.
Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required.
Strong interpersonal, influencing and data management skills are essential for this role, including the ability to negotiate with quality leaders globally, understand complex data, read and write technical documents and accurately transcribe data.
The salary range for this position is: If pursuing Bachelors degree = $20/hour; if pursuing Masters degree = $25/hour; if pursuing Doctorate degree = $30/hour.
