Job Description

As an Integration Specialist, you are an integral part of the Integrations team ensuring all customers have a successful onboarding and renewal journey. It is our mission to ensure that our customers have an exceptional experience with our platform that drives successful student learning outcomes. This role will work closely with many Nearpod departments as well as customers. The ideal candidate is organized, understands student data, and likes working with people.

Job Responsibilities:

• Liaise with Customer Success Management and Customer Support teams to determine post-sale integration needs. 
• Set up small and medium-sized district rostering integrations via .CSV, Clever, or ClassLink.  Provide integration support to teachers and administrators through phone, email, and virtual calls.
• Assist with periodic auditing and data standardization for integrated schools and districts across products and auto-rostering methods.
• Identify, document, and monitor escalated technical issues related to integrations.
• Assist in the creation of external auto-rostering documentation to be posted on customer help desk articles.
