Responsibilities:

As our Inside Sales Representative and Salesforce Administrator, you will:

Drive Revenue Growth:

  • Leverage your persuasive communication skills to sell our cutting-edge products and services through various remote channels.
  • Master the art of the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations that showcase our solutions' value proposition.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, contributing directly to our company's bottom line.

Optimize Our Salesforce CRM:

  • Take ownership of our Salesforce instance, ensuring it remains a powerful tool for our sales team.
  • Create insightful reports and dashboards that provide actionable intelligence to drive sales strategies.
  • Implement advanced automation and workflows to streamline our sales processes and boost team productivity.
  • Maintain data integrity and security within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Bridge the Gap Between Sales and Technology:

  • Act as the go-to expert for all things Salesforce, providing training and support to maximize adoption and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with both the sales and IT teams to align our technological capabilities with our sales objectives.
  • Continuously identify and implement improvements to our sales tech stack.

Qualifications:

Required

Salesforce Administrator Certification
3-5 Years inside sales experience in federal/technical space
