Job Description:
The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for converting pre-qualified leads and generating new business with pre-existing customers in a timely manner. This position involves cold and warm calling new potential clients using upselling tactics to secure the relationship and follow up to ensure an excellent customer experience. The ISR is also responsible for executing warranty contracts and renewals.
What you’ll do:
Primary Responsibilities:
Meet or exceed daily, monthly and quarterly KPI’s or Quota for the Inside Sales team as outlined by the Inside Sales Director.
Manage HubSpot, email, phone or referred leads to generate new revenue through lead conversion
Identifying potential customers, assessing customer needs, recommending products, initiating closing sales, maintaining prospect databases, and reporting to managers
Updating, transferring and monitoring expired warranties – extended warranty up-sell opportunities
Develop meaningful relationships with the customers to encourage trust and loyalty
Will be initiating outbound calls to prioritized leads for conversion based upon potential and the leads for that region
Follow up on requests or questions from accounts in a timely manner
Follow up on 90+ day leads to further the sales process
Utilizes customer feedback to generate ideas for new promotions
Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales CSM, or BDM for further development and closure
Produces regular weekly dashboards and reporting metrics to track KPIs and related activities, and shares reports with BDM and Inside Sales Director.
Attend company sales meetings, events and trainings as needed
Collaborate with CSM and BDM teams to identify and grow opportunities within territory
Responsible for improving our customers’ experience and delivering exceptional sales optimization on a day-to-day basis.
Calls to 90+ day leads and other assigned accounts are likely to be both outbound and inbound, no travel required. Working hours will be scheduled based upon the assigned sales region

What you need to know:
Experience/Skills/Education:
Required:
High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum two years in sales or inside sales position required
Minimum of one year sales experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
Strong phone presence and experience in making high volume phone calls in a day
Demonstrates ability to meet and exceed targeted KPI’s/Quotas
Demonstrates the ability to persuade and influence in the closing of a sale
Strong oral and written communication skills with experience in presenting to all account levels
Must be fluent in MS office applications
Must have excellent networking skills and the ability to build strong relationships
Must be a self-starter and able to work independently
Must have incredible passion for skincare and comfort with performing the HydraFacial treatment on others
Experience helping medical practices or spas build a business around products is a plus

(Base Hourly Pay: $25.00/hourly + commission)
An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
