đĽ LocationTeamSnap is a fully remote company, so you need to be very comfortable working with people who arenât in the same time zone as you. We are always expanding, but there is a small list of states we do not hire in, including Alabama, Alaska, Delaware, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Iowa, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Mexico, Rhode Island, South Dakota and West Virginia and while we love all parts of the world, we can only hire permanent US residents at this time.

What You'll Do:
- Drive Sales Growth: Proactively identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within the youth sports and recreational organization markets.
- Engage Customers: Conduct outbound calls, emails, and product demonstrations to educate prospects about TeamSnapâs offerings.
- Pipeline Management: Manage a high volume of leads in our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce), ensuring accurate forecasting and follow-ups.
- Collaborate: Work closely with the marketing, customer success, and product teams to align strategies and deliver value to customers.
- Be a product expert â Conduct web-based demos, uncover customer needs, and articulate our value proposition.
- Maintain CRM discipline â Accurately track activities and pipelines in Salesforce.
- Hit Your Quota and Optimize Performance: Leverage tools and best practices to improve conversion rates.
- Run the full sales cycle â Take leads from qualification to demo, proposal, negotiation, and close.
What We're Looking For:
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.

Bonus Points If You Have...
- 1-3 years of sales experience, especially in new business development.
- SaaS or sports industry experience.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, evolving sales organization.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for team meetings, trade shows, or client visits.
