The Role

We're looking for several smart, self-motivated, problem-solving Inside Sales Representatives to join our Sales team. This is a fast-moving, fun-loving, relaxed sales organization. We are hiring positive people who thoroughly enjoy the sales process - and helping our customers.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Inside Sales Representatives to join our sales team at CompanyCam. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying and engaging with potential customers, demonstrating value, and closing sales.

In this role you will...

  • Understand the needs and pain points of contractors and tailor sales presentations accordingly.

  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of CompanyCam and how it can help contractors save time and improve their businesses.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, understand their business objectives, and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.

  • Actively reach out to customers who have inquired about our app through various channels.

  • Manage an ongoing pipeline of prospects to deliver new customers consistently at or above sales quota level.

  • Follow up leads by calling to qualify and schedule software demos.

  • Operate and thrive within a fast-paced sales environment using multiple systems.
