Compensation: $100,000 - $125,000 OTE (Base: $45,000 - $55,000 + Uncapped Commission)

Your Role: Drive Sales, Close Deals, Own Your Success

This is a remote inside sales role where you’ll be responsible for making 100+ cold calls a day, identifying potential customers, managing leads, and closing deals. Your job is to turn prospects into long-term partners, ensuring they stay engaged, educated, and excited about our brands.

What You’ll Do

  • Make 100+ outbound cold calls per day to potential retailers, distributors, and partners.
  • Manage a pipeline of prospects and active accounts, handling everything from initial outreach to closing deals.
  • Educate potential customers on the value of our brands, helping them understand why The Pack Labs is the industry leader.
  • Close deals and build lasting relationships, ensuring repeat business and account growth.
  • Hit and exceed sales targets- your success is directly tied to your drive and performance.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies and maximize conversion rates.
  • Use CRM tools to track calls, follow-ups, and account progress, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine your sales pitch and approach.

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools to track and manage your workflow.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined- this is a remote role, so you need to be proactive and results-driven.
