What’s unique about this role?

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for actively engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building.

What will this person do?

▪ Lead Generation: Partner with marketing and direct sellers to proactively identify and generate leads through outbound outreach via various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.▪ Qualification: Assess and qualify leads to ensure alignment with the company's target customer profile. Gather relevant information to understand customer needs and pain points.▪ Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate their value propositions to potential customers.▪ Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling and informative product presentations to potential clients, addressing their specific needs and showcasing the benefits of our solutions.▪ Pipeline Management: Manage and nurture the sales pipeline by tracking and following up on leads, maintaining accurate records, and updating the CRM system.▪ Negotiation and Closing: Engage in effective negotiations to close deals and achieve sales targets. Overcome objections and address concerns to secure customer commitment.▪ Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Provide post-sales support and act as a liaison between customers and the company.▪ Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

▪ BA or BS degree required ▪ Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce.com is a plus but certainly not required▪ Experience supporting a sales team is a plus but certainly not required▪ Experience working with providers of electronic discovery (ESI), attorney document review, or other litigation support services to Fortune 1000 corporations and AM 200 law firms a plus but certainly not requiredProven inside sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.▪ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.▪ Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.▪ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.▪ Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.Positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. 

Work Environment and Physical Demands

▪ Duties are performed in a typical office environment while at a desk or computer table. Duties require the ability to use a computer, communicate over the telephone, and read printed material, in a quiet and professional setting.▪ Duties may require occasionally working outside normal business hours (evenings and weekends).

As required by applicable pay transparency laws, Lighthouse complies with compensation disclosure requirements for roles that may be hired in locations under these requirements. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include a wide array of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic location, or other relevant factors. The salary range for this position may be tailored to be lower or higher in different talent markets.

 

The expected pay for this role will range from $69,000 to $75,000 per year. This role will be eligible to participate in an annual bonus or incentive program.
