Location: Western Milwaukee, WI Hybrid - Based in Brookfield, WI (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 + uncapped commission (1st yr OTE: $100k-$125k; 2nd/3rd yr: $200k+)
Benefits: Health Insurance, 401k w/ match, PTO & Sick Leave, mileage reimbursement 
Job Type: Full-Time
Hours: M-F 7 AM - 3:30 PM or 7:30 AM - 4 PM
Travel: 50% local car and air travel to visit customers and conferences

Our client, a family-owned chemical manufacturer, is looking for a Sales Representative to join their team in Brookfield, WI. This hybrid role focuses on generating new business and maintaining existing relationships within the urethane and plastics industries. Your goal will be to identify and secure new sales opportunities, so you must have strong hunting and prospecting skills. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, adept at solution selling, and comfortable working independently and as part of a team. To be successful in this role, you must have the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. [HYBRID] Sales Representative (Manufacturing exp req) Responsibilities

•    Identify and secure new sales opportunities
•    Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
•    Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
•    Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
•    Maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM software
•    Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
•    Provide exceptional customer service and support
•    Communicate the features and benefits of products
•    Research, build, and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers
•    Contact and meet with existing and potential customers
•    Investigate and resolve customer issues

[HYBRID] Sales Representative (Manufacturing exp req) Qualifications

•    5+ years of sales experience required
•    Proven hunting/prospecting business development experience required
•    Experience in manufacturing or chemical sales required
•    Proficiency with CRM software required
