About the Role
The Health Client Manager I is the main point of contact for clients, handling Health Benefits delivery, reporting, and ad hoc projects. Ensure client satisfaction, provide domain consulting, and maintain requirements. Play a crucial role in effective service delivery and meeting client needs.
Responsibilities
· The client manager builds a relationship with the client and interacts with the client contacts on a regular basis.
· Understanding the client requirements and can answer questions from both an operational and technological approach.
· Managing projects from beginning to end by working with a global team.
· Coaching, consulting and developing team on best practices.
· Working closely with global team of colleagues focused on client delivery and satisfaction, Main point of contact for client.
· Leading internal and external meetings for ongoing delivery
· Managing the delivery of client reporting including non-standard client reporting needs
· Illustrating proper investigation through a variety of information sources to draw conclusions. Identify when to escalate to Performance Team Leader as needed.
Requirements
· Experience of project and client management experience including multifaceted projects and teams (including onsite and virtual)
· Possess good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
· Possess excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. …
