We are a remote-first company, however we require you to be based in The United States - New York.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Head of Partnerships to drive revenue and pipeline growth through strategic partnerships. This role will focus on building and managing relationships with key industry players, including:

  • Accounting and audit firms

  • Custody providers

  • Blockchain analytics companies

  • Trading infrastructure providers

You will play a critical role in expanding Cryptio’s reach, driving customer acquisition, and enhancing our value proposition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Growth Through Partnerships – Develop and execute a strategic partnership roadmap to fuel revenue growth and expand pipeline opportunities.

  • Collaborate for Impact – Work hand-in-hand with sales and marketing teams to generate partner-led deal flow and co-create impactful go-to-market initiatives.

  • Build & Strengthen Industry Relationships – Cultivate meaningful partnerships with key players in accounting, custody, analytics, and trading infrastructure to enhance Cryptio’s market position.

  • Lead High-Impact Co-Marketing Initiatives – Drive co-branded events, webinars, and content collaborations to amplify brand reach and credibility.

  • Shape the Product Ecosystem – Work alongside product and engineering teams to identify and execute integrations that enhance Cryptio’s offerings.

  • Negotiate & Close Meaningful Deals – Structure, negotiate, and finalise commercial agreements that create long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.

  • Be the Face of Cryptio – Represent the company at key industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to boost brand visibility and uncover new partnership opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or crypto.

  • Strong Network in Crypto & Finance. Existing relationships with accounting firms, custody providers, blockchain analytics firms, or trading infrastructure players is a plus.

  • Proven ability to structure and close partnership deals that drive measurable business impact.

  • Comfortable working in a high-growth startup environment with minimal oversight.

Salary

$150,000 base salary + variable (to be discussed)
