Global Clinical Product Leader – Mammography

Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop product and clinical knowledge, skills, and competence within the mammo modality.
- Key interface between the clinical customer and the Engineering team. Collect and build detailed user needs and user experience requirements. Work with product management and engineering to incorporate into the product roadmap/
- Conduct customer evaluations that inform and provide feedback to new product features.
- Deliver product presentations, and on-site demos for events & conferences
- Lead the technical and clinical training for new product launches including development of the tools and materials, implementing training in collaboration with product and marketing team across the sales and clinical applications teams. Support key customer trainings.
- Includes mentorship of regional marketing, clinical, workflow and applications teams.
- Support collection of clinical data for research, regulatory and post-market studies including identification of sites, execution of contracts, training, and data collection support.
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and analytical thinking and technical experience to execute policy/strategy.
- Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market
- Uses some judgment and has some ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated manufacturing processes with technical variety and/or interdependent production cycles. Uses technical experience and analytical thinking. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own teams to arrive at decisions.
- Support a cross functional team on the overall product strategy and vision,
- Collaborate with R&D and Commercial team to establish unmet clinical needs, translate to customer requirements with R&D and assist in design specifications, validation planning and activities
- Support product management in developing comprehensive marketing plans including value proposition, messaging, key claims, customer segmentation and targeting, and evidence-based strategy
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years experience in mammography, either clinical applications, workflow or other related field
- Bachelor's degree in science or related field of clinical applications
- Clinical and business acumen to cultivate customer relationships and navigate complex customer situations.
- Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions and manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsive and accountable to take ownership of issues and drive solutions.
- Proven communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills at all levels of the organization. Able to energize and inspire.
- Collaborative team player able to work closely with global product and region commercial teams
- Effective presentation skills and robust influencing skills
50%+ travel in US and global.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $168,000.00-$252,000.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
