In this role, you will be responsible for client retention, contract negotiation, implementation, and business consolidation, sales of products and services, financials (budgets, billing, payment, and profitability), business planning and reviews, establishing relationships with key decision-makers in multiple regions, staff development, business continuity, and escalation of operational issues.Â

Develop a truly global travel program with your clientÂ

Implement a Global Business Plan to establish, achieve and measure the business objectives of the global travel programÂ

Manage Global Program Management team and provide coaching and mentoringÂ

Establish and maintain relationships with key customer decision-makersÂ

Explore opportunities to expand client servicing relationships through coordination of sales effort, pricing, and implementationÂ

Oversee the implementation of new business, working closely with the global implementation team to ensure customer expectations are metÂ

Prior travel management company or related business travel account experience desiredÂ

Account management experience requiredÂ

Extensive business travel industry experienceÂ

Solid Regional or Global Program Management experienceÂ

Experience in implementing and managing large market/global clientsÂ

Ability to travel when neededÂ
