Are you ready to showcase your skills to CFOs and revolutionize finance? Love Microsoft Excel (we do, too!)? This is an opportunity to apply your expertise and transform FP&A from a task-centric function to a value-add powerhouse.
This is a 100% remote position open to candidates in mountain time zone.
What you'll do:
- Engage in deep dives with CFOs and finance teams. Ask the right questions to understand their FP&A business requirements, internal processes, and customize their Datarails experience.
- Conduct captivating product demos and deep dives with finance teams, understanding their pain points and identifying complementary solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) that showcase the capabilities and value of Datarails.
- Partner closely with the sales team, evaluating and assisting in sales strategies and providing solution recommendations.
- Leverage your in-depth understanding of competitive products and technologies to position Datarails effectively in sales presentations.
- Assist in the development of proposals and responses to RFI and RFP documents.
What we need/Requirements:
- 5-8+ years of progressive experience in accounting/finance, FP&A, or relevant sales engineering roles in the finance industry.
- Strong grasp of financial applications, including budgeting, planning, forecasting, month-end close, financial reporting, and consolidation platforms + intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Ability to gather and understand potential customers' requirements, using a consultative approach to effectively demonstrate how Datarails meets their needs.
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively and clearly.
- Strong business acumen, collaborative skill set, and a team-oriented everyone-wins attitude.
- Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes across multiple industries such as manufacturing, services, banking, insurance, etc., a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business/Finance, a plus.
What we offer:
- Target OTE for this role is $140-190k USD (base salary ~110-140k).Multiple factors, including prior experience, skill set, and location, determine final offer amounts.
