  • Collaborate with Customer Support to create and maintain educational resources, including onboarding materials and tutorials, to accelerate customer time to value
  • Organize customer-centric initiatives such as webinars and community events to foster engagement and loyalty
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends, competitor activities, and emerging customer needs
  • Establish and lead Voice of Customer programs to systematically capture feedback and insights
  • Develop and optimize new educational products that support acquisition, monetization, and customer success, collaborating with support from the General Manager (e.g., Leap Academy and Community)
  • Support pricing strategy development and conduct relevant market and competitor research
  • Work closely with the content and growth teams to produce high-quality content, including blogs, social media, videos, and thought leadership pieces

The person we have in mind likely:

  • Has an entrepreneurial mindset and experience with marketing early-stage products
  • Possesses a proven track record of successfully launching marketing products
  • Showcases strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data
  • Is a creative thinker with the ability to craft compelling product narratives
  • Is proficient in using marketing tools and platforms (e.g. MixPanel,  Looker, Google Analytics, Hubspot)
  • Loves to learn and grow. They’ve found (and keep looking for) ways to level up their skills in this field, whether that’s through formal education, gaining professional experience, or maybe even building their own business
