Job Description

We’re looking for a Field Readiness Architect to join Procore’s Product Readiness team within the global marketing team as a groundbreaking leader. In Product Readiness, we provide the knowledge and build tools, templates and a strategic approach which aid Procore’s ecosystem to maintain knowledge of our solutions and deploy the Procore platform in a consistent manner, improving efficiency in deployment for our customers. We are advocates for our product areas, consultants, and assist in leading to our customers’ satisfaction! As a Field Readiness Architect (FRA) you are the primary leader by functional product area that drives field awareness and makes sure sales and customer success are fully equipped to implement the Procore platform. The FRA in this role is passionate about supporting fellow Procorians and collaborating closely with product management, sales, customer success, and other field readiness architects across the Procore platform.

The Field Readiness Architect’s primary responsibility is running the successful delivery of field readiness programs. As a true subject matter expert and conduit to Product Management, you play a key role in driving both strategic and tactical product direction within the Procore ecosystem.

Field Readiness Architects provide functional and technical expertise and leadership to the field through the following programs:

• Product Programs

• Knowledge Sharing Sessions

• Product Release Update Certification Program

• Procore Groundbreak and construction industry events

• Next Level Webinars for new products and solution investment areas

What you’ll do:
