We are looking for an account executive to focus on our DrChrono EHR software.The DrChrono by EverHealth platform serves as the center of our integrated ecosystem for independent healthcare practices. Our goal is to deliver enhanced user experiences and cutting-edge features to continue Simplifying the Business of Healthcare for our valued customers
We are looking for an Account Executive to focus on DrChrono Software and RCM sales. DrChrono, an EverCommerce solution, is at the forefront of a healthcare and technology transformation. Our team is growing and we’re looking for sales and support professionals passionate about helping us drive our mission to modernize healthcare with technology. With 95% customer satisfaction and a best-in-class medical platform, we have built a software that doctors, medical professionals, partners and patients love to use.
Responsibilities:
Become a DrChrono product expert and learn to masterfully demonstrate the entire DrChrono platform from scheduling to the clinical workflow to billing using both a computer and iPad
Provide excellent customer service and follow-up during the end stages of the sales cycle.
Maintain account and opportunity updates within Salesforce
Serve as a role model and mentor for new team members and help them achieve success
Send out world-class proposals and get back signed contracts
Working on multiple technology platforms; including Docusign, Gmail, Salesforce, Groove, MS Office, Zoom and more.
Reach and/or exceed monthly quota
Participate in a winning and supportive team environment
Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:
2+ year of EHR experience is preferred
2+ years of experience in a sales closing role, preferred
Knowledge of SaaS and/or subscription-based business sales models
An understanding of the RCM industry and services
Proven track record of consistently exceeding against quota and outlined metrics
Salesforce experience
Strong communication, negotiating, and time management skills with excellent interpersonal skills
An aptitude for problem-solving and the ability to determine solutions for customers using a consultative sales approach
High energy, company first, positive attitude: Passionate about this opportunity and making a massive impact in the healthcare world
Ability to travel as needed
A college degree or equivalent business experience
Where:
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation:
EverCommerce is committed to equal pay and transparency. The target base compensation for this position $28.85/hour + $7,427/month in commission. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
