We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Enterprise Sales to lead and scale our enterprise sales and agency team. This role will focus on driving revenue growth by selling digital marketing solutions, including websites, SEO, and paid media, to enterprise clients. With a team of 8-10 talented sales professionals under your leadership, you will develop and execute strategies to penetrate the market, achieve ambitious sales goals, and deliver exceptional results across home services, healthcare and wellness.
This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and a hands-on leader with a proven track record of success in enterprise sales, particularly in the digital marketing space.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 8-10 enterprise sales professionals and leaders.
• Recruit, onboard, and train top talent to build a high-performing team.
• Set clear performance expectations and provide regular coaching and feedback to drive individual and team success.
Sales Strategy & Execution
• Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with enterprise clients across various industries.
• Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align efforts and optimize the sales process.
• Leverage data and analytics to monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.
Client Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers in enterprise organizations.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding clients’ business needs and recommending tailored digital marketing solutions.
• Negotiate complex contracts and ensure long-term client satisfaction.
Product & Market Expertise
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in websites, SEO, and paid media as well as home services, healthcare and wellness.
• Collaborate with the product team to provide feedback and insights that enhance offerings and meet client needs.
Where: Remote, US
This role will be based remote with travel expected about 10% of the time to visit with team members or attend trade shows.
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States. if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation: EverCommerce is committed to equal pay and transparency. The annual base salary range for this position is $125,000-$150,000 USD per year with an incentive variable. Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline and combines all of the distinct labor markets within the US. EverCommerce considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, candidate’s work location, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, external market data, as well as, market and business considerations when making compensation decisions.
