Overview
How you can make a difference
The Enterprise Sales Executive will focus on growing HealthEquity's market share with F2000 employers (5K+ US employees) in a defined geographic market for Texas, New Mexico and Oklahoma.
What you’ll be doing
- Define enterprise sales strategies and tactics to position the company as a leading provider of consumer directed benefits to new and existing enterprise clients.
- Achieve and or exceed annualized sales quota.
- Cross sell additional HealthEquity products and services to current clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams and colleagues for new business opportunities including the HealthEquity proposal team, service delivery teams, relationship management, implementation, legal, sales operations etc.
- Serve as the client’s internal advocate and ensure HealthEquity is delivering the service, support, and overall solution as per the agreed upon terms.
- Quality customer service is a top priority.
- Respect for partners, members, internal customers, team members and all other stakeholders, coupled with professional and ethical behavior at all times is a requirement.
What you will need to be successful
- We are seeking candidates who are currently residing in Texas as the main area of support
- 4 year degree or equivalent job experience; advanced degree preferred
- 7-10 years of consistently meeting sales goals and targets to the Enterprise market
- 7+ years of strategic selling experience to F2000 companies
- Experience selling consumer directed benefit solutions e.g. HSA, FSA, HRA, LSA, COBRA, Commuter
- A history of working with and through brokers and consultants in the Enterprise market including Mercer, Aon, Willis Towers Watson, Gallagher etc.
- The ability to penetrate new employers and create pipeline with targeted sales activities
- Ability to present solutions with a compelling and engaging presentation style that fosters dialogue and problem solving
- Demonstrated ability to think and act strategically
- Experience upselling current client with new products
- A demonstrated ability to work with and through strategic partners
- An extensive track record selling complex solutions representing 500K+ in annualized revenue
- Excellent organizational, supervisorial, managerial and leadership skills

Travel Requirements: Heavy travel may be required (more than 30%)
Salary Range
$127500.00 To $160000.00 / yearBenefits & Perks
The compensation range describes the typical minimum or maximum base pay range for this position. The actual compensation offer is determined based on job-related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location. This position is also eligible for additional annual sales incentive commissions, and details regarding these additional sales incentive commissions will be provided after hire. This position will further be eligible for restricted stock units as part of the total compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits including:
