Join the team and create the future of customer experience together.Genesys Finance Operations is seeking a talented individual to manage receivables on Enterprise level accounts. The objective of this role is to manage these high value accounts by resolving all obstacles to timely payments. This includes dispute resolution, regular customer engagement, collaboration with internal teams and regular updates on account statuses to relevant stakeholders The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning with policy compliance and overall account maintenance. The focus of this role is to deepen relationships with Enterprise level customers by providing a finance contact that will aid with keeping their accounts current.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage industry experience to collect payment on large balance accounts
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders regularly to provide account status updates, identify path to resolution on disputes, and follow through to payment receipt
  • Conduct calls with customers and partners within the portfolio to understand pain points, build a positive relationship, and use what is divulged to recommend process and system improvements
  • Collaborates with multiple levels of management and various business segments including Finance, Sales, Customer Service, Revenue, Marketing, and Information Technology.
