We are looking for an Account Executive who will succeed aboard the Adyen rocket ship and take our current successful momentum to the next level of growth through the acquisition of new Enterprise merchants.

What You’ll Do:
- Own the Enterprise sales cycle with our largest merchants - from the prospecting stage to closing deals;
- Creatively drive innovation in omnichannel payment solutions;
- Become an expert in selling Adyen's world class solutions;
- Partner with technology leaders and solution providers while working closely with our Sales Support, Implementation and Account Management teams;
Who You Are:
- Enterprise Sales Expert: 8+ years of Enterprise sales experience, preferably within payments, fintech, or related field, with a strong track record of closing high-value deals.
- Experience with in-person payment solutions: including terminals.
- Relationship Builder: Proven ability to engage C-level executives, navigate complex organizations, and orchestrate executive alignment during the sales process. Effective communicator with an ability to drive consensus.
- Strategic Negotiator: Skilled at leading bespoke commercial negotiations and crafting tailored value propositions to maximize mutual success. Adept at selling on strategic value rather than leading with price.
- Payments Savvy: understanding of payment ecosystems.
- Collaborative & Driven: A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and operates with a no-ego approach to winning as a team.
- Adaptable: Ability to navigate ambiguity and adjust to dynamic market conditions while keeping the focus on delivering results.
Annual OTE ranges from $310,000 to $400,000, including base salary and target commissions, + RSUs. This range is based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
This is a remote role, for region West.
