Enablement Manager, Partner & Professional Services

We’re seeking an experienced operator to develop and run a global portfolio of enablement programs as well as serve as an Enablement lead for our Partner & Professional Services department. This key role will partner with Services + Partner leadership teams, Product, Strategy and other Enablement Leads to strategically develop and oversee a portfolio of global enablement programs.  The successful Manager will analyze gaps, propose new programs, own outcomes and make improvements to their portfolio.  This person will build and lead training programs. Please note, this is an IC position.

What you'll do

• Training and Development: Design, develop, and implement targeted training programs for Professional Services and Partner Teams that enhance service delivery capabilities, customer outcomes and partner engagement. 
• Business Improvement: Accelerate time to readiness within the Services and Partner orgs, ensuring the ability to deploy and consult on new and existing products effectively and efficiently
• Onboarding: Create and manage a comprehensive onboarding process for new professional services consultants and partners, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and resources to effectively serve clients.
• Resource Creation: Develop and maintain training materials, playbooks, and resource guides that support ongoing learning and development for both internal teams and external partners.
• Scale: Develop scale assets and digital programs to augment live trainings, and manage assets to ensure regular updates and compliance
• Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs, providing insights and reports to leadership on progress and areas for improvement.
• Collaboration: Project manage cross-functional work streams and lead subject matter experts across Professional Services, Partners and Product in the creation and delivery of impactful enablement programs
• Coaching and Support: Provide ongoing coaching and support to Professional Services and Partner Teams, helping them to apply their training in client engagements and improve service delivery.
• Feedback and Improvement: Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously enhance enablement programs, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the organization and its partners.

Who you are

• 5+ years of experience in enablement, training, or professional services, with a focus on partner enablement preferred.
• 3+ years of program management or operations experience building enablement processes and tracking outcomes (ideally in SaaS)
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS), video editing software and other training tools.
• Experience leveraging AI to streamline the creation and maintenance of learning assets
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
• Knowledge of professional services methodologies and partner ecosystems is a plus
• Certification in training or coaching (e.g., ATD, CPTD) is advantageous.
• Experience with AI and Low/No Code platforms preferred
• Collaborative: experience and desire to work cross-functionally
• Own outcomes: you believe in continuous improvement and want to optimize 
• Strong verbal and written communicator

Compensation awarded to successful candidates will vary based on their work location, relevant skills, and experience.

For work locations in the San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle, New York City, and Los Angeles, the base salary range for this role is:$157,000—$205,000 USDFor all other work locations (including remote), the base salary range for this role is:$142,000—$184,900 USD
