Renaissance Global are recruiting for an Education Advisor to join our growing customer experience team.
The purpose of our Education Advisor ā Customer Success role is to provide a high standard of on-boarding, implementation and data insight training to customers who have purchased Renaissance Global products (incorporating Renaissance and GL Assessment/GL Education).Ā Ā
Education Advisors support customers to receive the maximum value from Renaissance Global solutions. We support schools locally and internationally, via webinars or bespoke consultations, occasional in-person training, and extended support via email and video calls.
Success in the role is reflected in high customer usage of products purchased solutions and high retention of these customers. Insight from customer conversations is also a fed back into the business, shaping the future development and deliverables of our products. Feedback from customer conversations helps shape the future development of our business.Ā
This is a remote UK role working but the successful candidate must be able to commit to travelling for team meetings & customer meetings as required. Ā
Please note this is a full time fixed term 12 month Maternity cover position.Ā
Education Advisor (Customer Success) Job Responsibilities:
When looking at the responsibilities can be broken down into the following areas:
- Build rapport and effective relationships with customers.Ā
- Respond in a timely, professional manner to customer queries
- Schedule consultations / training sessions with customers
- Run reports and analyse / interpret customer data accurately ahead of consultations / training sessions.
- Accurately and independently access customer data and compile data presentations (with the support of quality assurance checks across the team).
- Deliver engaging presentations/webinars and training sessions that encourage customers to embed our products Renaissance Global solutions, review ā¦
