The Learning Consultant is a client support role focused on the development and support of corporate partnership programs. This role is primarily responsible for growing and maintaining our customer base by assisting clients in the implementation process, technical integration with corporate learning portals, presenting best practices, and rolling out the online learning programs. In this role you will leverage opportunities for building key account relationships by gaining insight into client needs and having a thorough understanding of the market and our products.

What You Will Do:

  • Identify professional executive education development needs and work with program directors to propose appropriate solutions to potential corporate-client students.

  • Partner with sales and client contacts to develop targeted professional executive education development and eLearning programs.

  • Implement and provide account management services for the professional development solutions.

  • Coordinate client program implementation, delivery, orientation, and ongoing support.

  • Deliver effective presentations to client program participants. 

  • Develop and oversee customer retention campaigns.

  • Maintain customer and student relationships to cross-sell and ensure future business. 

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience in eLearning & professional development, training, professional services, or consulting services, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

  • Demonstrated experience partnering with middle to upper-level management in corporate environments.

  • Superior presentation skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills; ability to prioritize effectively and meet competing deadlines.

  • Service and goal oriented; passionate about client support/satisfaction.

  • Solid understanding of technical concepts and web applications; demonstrated experience and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.

  • Ability to travel occasionally (approximately 3 times a year).
