Salary range up to $110,000 / year.
The Regional Account Manager serves as a trusted advisor with account management experience in the e-commerce sector, focusing on strengthening relationships and enhancing Flowers’ reputation among customers and key decision-makers. This role involves building and implementing retail customer strategies aimed at achieving volume growth targets and sales goals, while also working to expand market share and distribution. The Regional Account Manager is responsible for managing accrual budgets and increasing profitability. Additionally, this position requires collaboration with customers to support effective product assortment and facilitate new item authorizations, all while driving effective regional strategies and tactics.
Attention to detail and a willingness to adapt quickly is critical. Must be eager to lead Flowers Foods cross functional teams through the adaptation of unique and complex ecomm operations. A solid understanding of AR is necessary for success.
