GENERAL PURPOSE

The MillerKnoll Technology team is building customer-centric, digitally enabled business models to reshape the way our family of brands does business. We're creating frictionless customer experiences through digital solutions across our platforms, and we need an eCommerce Program Specialist to help us get there.

In this role, you will assist with account management, client implementations and program support activities to drive MillerKnoll  B2B eCommerce sales growth.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Manage incoming dealer and client support requests and conduct training for dealers on MillerKnoll’s B2B e-Commerce tools as needed. 

Establish relationships with MK contract managers, monitor client contract changes/updates, manage customer price adjustment tracking, and communication and coordination with internal teams and MK dealer contacts. 

Maintain program Master Accounts list and manage/administer dealer partner communications regarding platform maintenance, product discontinuations, pricing updates and other topics as needed.  

In coordination with Onboarding Consultants, provide support for client onboarding projects (catalog curation, management of dealer partner deliverables, testing, and launch activities).

Maintain program product Scout Boards and provide application training to dealers and MK sales contacts as needed.

Conduct account level assessments, create and implement business development plans in coordination with MillerKnoll B2B eCommerce Onboarding Consultants  

Manage MillerKnoll’s  eProcurement Supplier Portal business presence/relationships.

Assist with the creation, development and management of program communications, dealer marketing and training materials.

Develop and maintain relationships with the sales organization, dealer community and customers to understand the needs of each audience and the impact that MillerKnoll’s  B2B eCommerce capabilities have on each group.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field or equivalent level of professional experience.

 4+ years of B2B sales and marketing technology experience.

Skills and Abilities

Understanding of B2B eCommerce and related technologies (Ariba, Oracle, Jaggaer, etc.).

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with a strong emphasis on listening.

Self-starter with demonstrated high personal performance standards, the desire and ability to continuously learn and must be results-oriented (i.e., holding oneself accountable for results).

The ability to build consultative, collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams.

Must be able to perform all essential job functions without accommodation.

Flexible availability (outside of normal business hours) to support global work determined by customer’s roll-out plans and project timelines and other program needs.

Willingness to travel up to 10%. (US Based)

A starting compensation range for this role is $68,550.00 - $85,725.00. Relevant salary considerations will include candidate qualifications and experience, other business/organizational needs and market factors . You may also be eligible to receive a geographic premium, annual discretionary incentive and equity awards which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
