Director - Technology, Measurement & Optimization

Humana’s Marketing organization is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Technology, Measurement, & Optimization to join our team. This leader reports directly to the VP of Pharmacy Marketing to optimize output by leveraging technology, performance measurement, and advanced analytics to systematically improve and enhance the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies. The ideal candidate will drive marketing success through the effective use of technology and data. The ideal candidate will excel in vendor management, particularly with Salesforce developers, and will have a proven history of working cross-functionally to support the pharmacy’s acquisition, retention, and operational portfolios.
Key Role Functions
Responsible for the technology, data, and digital tools that support the successful execution of marketing campaigns and measuring their impact
Oversee a team of tech enablers to manage the technology, data, and digital assets to support the execution of campaigns by ensuring the team has access to the right technologies and data insights needed for success
Implement and manage innovative marketing technologies and platforms to streamline processes, improve targeting, and enhance customer engagement
Establish robust metrics and KPIs to evaluate the success of marketing initiatives, ensure data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement
Utilize sophisticated analytical tools and methodologies to gain deep insights into customer behaviors, market trends, and campaign performance, thereby driving strategic adjustments and optimizations

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
10+ years of experience in marketing ops, with a focus on technology & optimization
7+ years of experience leading a team of internals and external contractors
Proven experience in vendor management
Strong understanding of marketing innovation tools and techniques.
Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and problem solving skills
Ability to drive innovative customer experience improvements
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Data-Driven Decision making
Excellent communication and presentation skills to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree
